Glass-reinforced plastic
(GRP), is a composite material or fiber-reinforced
plastic made of a plastic reinforced by fine fibers
made of glass. Like graphite-reinforced plastic,
the composite material is commonly reffered to
by the name of its rienforcing fibers (fiberglass).

S&K COOL moduler systems The panels are manufactured utilizing a core of EXPANDED POLY STYRENE(EPS) Extinguishing Quality, continuously bonded under pressure and heat to outer facing , in a continuous laminating machine. The outer Skins are both sides’ pre-coated steel. The steel thickness is 0.5mm and is imported from British Steels, U.K. or Dongbu Corporation, Korea. It is Hot Dip Galvanized with Zinc coating of 175 gms per Sq.mtrs. The coating on top is Architectural Polyester Paint, off-white in colour, with a coating thicknes of 25 microns, consisting of 5 microns of primer and 20 microns of finished coat.
